In addition to modular homes PCI also offers custom site built home design and construction. We can work with an existing plan or collaborate with the customer to design a custom home. All of our design work is done utilizing Auto Cad, which allows us to quickly, and easily produce floor plans and elevations for you dream home.
Once the plan is completed PCI can obtain all necessary permits and build your home from start to finish. Since we do our own site work, foundations, building, and plumbing and heating we can keep your project on schedule and under budget.
